U.S. Supreme Court shafts service-connected disabled American Veterans!

January 24, 2023

As a 100 percent service-connected disabled American Veteran, I am disappointed that the first ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court in the 2022 - 2023 term today (Tuesday, January 24, 2023) was a unanimous decision against service-connected disabled American Veterans.  All of the 9 top Federal Judges ruled that if a Veteran doesn't apply for his or her service-connected VA benefits within one year of their separation from the U.S. Armed Services, he or she is ineligible for retroactive benefits unless they qualify under specified legal exemptions.

During my honorable military service and my over two decades of receiving my VA service-connected benefits, I found everything I experienced to be overly bureaucratic instead of the U.S. Government treating me like a human being.  I am NOT a robot.  I am NOT a number on a government spreadsheet.  I am a Human Being!  I make my own decisions according to me being a compassionate human being instead of just dotting i's and crossing t's.  The military and VA have rules and regulations for everything, and they feel to me like they are all without humanity.

In early-2023, I am seeing and reading about the Republican Party's margin of 9 members majority in the U.S. House of Representative trying to bargain away the American people's earned benefits to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid - the "Big 3" Social Insurance federal programs - in order for them to pass an increase to the federal debt limit.  Once again, the American People who rely on these Social Insurance Programs are human beings instead of bureaucratic bargaining chips for the so-called fiscally conservative Republican Members of U.S. Congress.  Moreover, the irony of the Republican Party's stand on the federal debt of over $31.5 trillion is that they have been the party of deficit spenders for over 40 years now.  When a Democrat is the U.S. President, the Republicans try to cut social spending, but when it is the other way around, the Republicans always deficit spend on their favored federal programs.

During the 2007 to 2009 financial crisis, both political parties voted to bailout Wall Street and even foreign banks who did business on Wall Street to the tune of many trillions of federal dollars.  But when it comes to the American People, the Republican Party say that they want austerity.  I remember during the financial crisis, the U.K. Government bailed out its big banks, while they cut social spending, but that didn't happen in the U.S.A. back then.  Why are the Republicans fighting for austerity now?

During and after my time in the U.S. Army, I openly called the government personnel who acted like bureaucrats instead of human beings: BUREAUCRATS!  The U.S. Army retaliated against me by saying that I have a Personality Disorder.  The VA denied my claim for service-connection for 7 years.  As a Veteran, I received letters from the U.S. Army criticizing me for writing in protest: Bureaucracy is the Army instead of the Army being a bureaucracy.  I wrote back to the Army Official who criticized me that he is a BUREAUCRAT!

It never mattered to the Army, and for 7 years, it didn't matter to the VA, that my service-connected psychiatric disability caused me to suffer from psychiatric conditions and be at-risk of homelessness.  The Army wrote that I chose to behave inappropriately when the Army Psychiatrist said that my symptoms and behavior were involuntary.  I never chose to be tortured, bullied, ostracized by the Army, including me being sleep deprived for several nights as I was (illegally) ordered to pull several consecutive 24-hour duty shifts outside in the field in Germany in the cold of Winter.  I never chose to have a fellow Soldier hold a steel bar to my head threatening my life, but when I reported the incident, I was reprimanded for disrespecting the Soldier who was going to harm me.  I never chose to receive illegal orders to drive a 5-ton U.S. Army truck in the Winter during the time I was being (illegally) sleep deprived, which was around a month after a fellow Soldier who was sleep deprived by him partying all night jackknifed a car with a mother and her son inside while they were commuting to the boy's elementary school in Germany, and they were both instantly killed, which led the aforementioned Soldier to be court-martialed, dishonorably discharged and sent to Military Prison.

To this day, over two decades later, it never mattered to the U.S. Army that I have a service-connected psychiatric disability as a disabled American Veteran.  The U.S. Army never apologized to me for their actions.  Instead, they put it all on me.  The VA stated that they did not initially use science to adjudicate my claim for service-connected VA benefits.  Looking back at it all, and today reading about today's U.S. Supreme Court decision against service-connected disabled Veterans, I am once again going to call the U.S. Government what they truly are: A bunch of BUREAUCRATS!

Joe Biden is the worst of both worlds because he spends a lot of money but little of it helps us common people. He is a contradiction & a liar. Please don't get me started on Hunter Biden. I want 2 new presidential candidates next year 2024. I believe the government does DISSERVICES to people like us!  The corrupt career politicians are in it for themselves.  We are left pounding sand.  Some of the corrupt career politicians even block my political emails to them. The news media rarely publishes my political letters. Even blogger Dan Valenti limits my postings on his free speech blog about Pittsfield politics and beyond. The fix is always in politics, which is about all of the corrupt career politicians, the Almighty Dollar and power for the elites. I hate bureaucrats and bureaucracy, but I love humanity and people giving and caring about what is happening to us common people. Let us keep up the good fights even if it is just to upset the bureaucrats and the government.  I refuse to be a number on their spreadsheet(s).  Give em He'll until they get there themselves.  I am and I will always be on your side!

To the Editor:

The Republican Party majority in the U.S. House of Representatives is using the federal debt limit as a bargaining chip to attempt to cut Social Insurance programs such as Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.  My proposal to the new Speaker of the U.S. House Kevin McCarthy is to lead by example by first having all of the Republican Party Members of the sitting U.S. Congress vote to voluntarily cut their own public pay and perks by at least 50 percent over the next 30 years and then vote to makes cuts in social spending that will cause financial pain to the American People.  Please lead by example, Swamp Republicans!

Someone asks me: "RE, Leahy - what is his [sic] opinion of the events of 4/19/1775?"

Erin Leahy is she, not he.  Erin Leahy is a young woman who is the Executive Director of Act on Mass, and she wrote in one of her political emails that she lives in an apartment in Somerville, Massachusetts.  I enjoy reading and responding to Erin Leahy's political emails about the corrupt and secretive leadership and the useless, do-nothing state lawmakers on Beacon Hill.  I cannot tell you what Erin Leahy's opinions are of the events of April 19th, 1775, but I will tell you what my opinions are about the beginning of the American Revolutionary War in Massachusetts.

In 1775, when I was a little over negative 200 years before me coming to life, the Colonial subjects of the King of England named George III - now in 2023, there is King Charles III - paid two weeks of their yearly income in taxes to His Majesty in London.  Massachusetts' government went bankrupt in 1775.  The Founding Fathers asked their then King to bailout Massachusetts' government, but the King declined and told his subjects to raise taxes to pay for their debts in Massachusetts.  The King was unpopular because the people - 97 percent of them back then were farmers - didn't want to pay taxes without representation in the government in London.

The disputes between the 13 American Colonies and the British Crown were simmering for over one decade, and it all led to the American Revolutionary War, which the mostly Slave-owning Founding Fathers led by George Washington won 8 years later.  The irony of most of the Slave-owning Founding Fathers fighting for the Classical Liberal right of self-determination and Independence from tyranny is that most of them were Slave-owning tyrants themselves who did, indeed, know full well that they were wrong for owning Slaves.

When I look back on it all through the lens of U.S. history, wouldn't it be nice to only pay two weeks of your yearly income in taxes?  The U.S.A. was founded on a request for Massachusetts' government to receive a bailout from the King of England.  The Colonial People of old wanted political representation in their government in return for taxation; wouldn't it be nice for the Ruling Elites to finally do just that?  Instead, the corrupt career politicians in government are owned by the Financial Elites, and the Corporate Elites, along with the vested interests such as big labor unions, and special interests, such as the greedy lobbyists on K Street, and the military industrial complex that makes all of the elites, especially Wall Street, huge amounts of money.

Back to Erin Leahy at Act on Mass.  I support her public advocacy work because Beacon Hill only works for the Financial, Corporate and Ruling Elites, while an estimated one out of three families in Massachusetts in financially and food insecure.  Beacon Hill lawmakers hide behind systemic corruption and secrecy so that they can get away with "Cooking the Books" to enrich themselves and their wealthy campaign donors at the public trough.  Beacon Hill lawmakers are sitting on an estimated $7 billion to $10 billion dollars in surplus state cash, and they are doing nothing to help Senior Citizens, Veterans, working-class families, and so on.

Beacon Hill lawmakers giveaway an estimated a little less than $18 billion in state tax breaks per fiscal year that only benefits wealthy businesses and areas in and around Boston, while place such as my native hometown of Pittsfield has to pound sand and is mocked by all of Boston's (voluntary) regressive scams such as the 50-year-old Massachusetts State Lottery's new $50 scratch ticket, and similar inequitable schemes.

In the Swamp, the Republicans in U.S. Congress have an agenda to cut social spending that would cause even further economic pain for the American People.  I want those same Republicans to lead by example and voluntarily cut their own public pay plus perks by at least 50 percent over the next 30 years first, and then vote to shaft all of the Have Nots with their proposed cuts to social spending.  On Beacon Hill, I want the Democrat state lawmakers to do the same by voting to voluntarily cut their own public pay plus perks by at least 50 percent over the next 30 years before they sell the new $50 scratch ticket to the people beginning on February 7th, 2023, so that the corrupt career politicians in Boston can giveaway even more state tax breaks to their Boston area wealthy campaign donors instead of fully funding state aid to public school districts and local governments across Massachusetts.

I am grateful to live in the U.S.A.  I am a 100 percent service-connected disabled Veteran who honorably served our country in the U.S. Army.  To be clear, I love our country, but as for the government, I will always speak my good conscience as long as I live if only to annoy all of the elites for their corruption and inequitable actions from April 19th, 1775, through January 30th, 2023, and beyond.

Thank you for your email about the American Revolutionary War and the events on and after April 19th, 1775.  I agree with a lot of what you wrote to me about these historical matters.  I would add that colonialism did not end until 11/11/1918, which of course led to the rise of Adolf Hitler over one decade later, which has led to the military industrial complex global economy and nuclear warfare nightmare threat that could end the world we live in as we now know it.  When will it ever get better for humankind?  Why cannot we all live in peace?  War, war, war, war....END OF THE WORLD!  I hope NOT!

Best wishes,

My response to (Stockbridge) blogger Dan Valenti and Brian Andrews, head of (Berkshire) County Ambulance is that mental health, addiction(s) and substance use disorder(s), abusive conflict and violence, and so on, is that we all experience it one way or another in our lives whether it is a first-hand negative experience(s) or watching a loved one and/or close friend go through it.  As a service-connected disabled Veteran, I am a proud peer support for my fellow Veterans and everyone else I know in my life.  When I LISTEN to people, it is usually a combination of difficult things in their lives that cause a person to "go down the proverbial rabbit hole".  Nobody - past, present & future - is perfect in life.  Nobody makes choices that leads to uncontrollable and or involuntary negative thoughts and behaviors, addiction(s), homicidal and/or suicidal ideation(s), disabilities, and so on.  We all need help during our lives.  Blogger Dan Valenti's personal choice seems to be to let vulnerable people sink, while Brian Andrews personal and professional choice seems to be to help vulnerable people swim.  In my adult life, I have always given my money to charities, especially for babies and animals, because I believe that everyone deserves to have an equal chance in life.  I dislike it when people tell me to do what is in my best interests even if me doing so leaves people without hope that there are good people out there who care about them.  Lastly, when I break down the financial numbers, state governments spend more than 50 percent of their budgets on public health, while the federal government spends more than at least 34 percent of its budget on public health - I dislike that big insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies profit from it instead of spending the money on universal healthcare.  We are talking about trillions of state and federal tax dollars per year being spent on public health.  That is a big chunk of our nation's economy, which means that the money is there to help vulnerable people in need of public healthcare services.  Get Well and Be Well everyone!

You, as a Veteran yourself, can go on blaming me for being a disabled Veteran, but please stop blaming former Berkshire County District Attorney Andrea Harrington's 4 years in elected office for Pittsfield always being in the 10 ten cities in Massachusetts for violent crime, according to the FBI's annual reports, that go back decades.  Pittsfield has over 1,000 gang members living in its inner-city neighborhoods.  The low- to moderate-income residents are afraid of the violence, drugs, prostitution, and the like, and I read their letters to the editor over the years, and they said they don't have enough money to live somewhere else.  When I was a youth growing up in Pittsfield in the 1980s and 1990s, I hoped that I wouldn't end up living in inner-city Pittsfield.  Now that I am 47.5 years old, I am thankful that I live in a nice little town west of Nashua, NH.  My wish came true that I didn't have to deal with it in Pittsfield like so many distressed people I observed many years ago.  Lastly, I am sure that the greedy career Ambulance chasing, Divorce Attorney who after 18 years of seeking his plum elected position of Berkshire County District Attorney, Tim Shugrue, is NOT going to change much for the better in Pittsfield with his tough on shoplifting policies.  Like all of the other useless career politicians, D.A. Tim Shugrue doesn't really give a shit about Pittsfield being a shithole!

I respect and support Ward 2 Pittsfield City Councilor Charles Ivar Kronick.  I respect and thank you, "M.A.", for your honorable military service.  I had breakfast today with my friend, who used to live in Pittsfield many years ago, at the diner in my current hometown in Amherst, New Hampshire.  When I go to the VA Hospital, the Veterans there all respect me.  I served our country honorably.  I am a 100% service-connected disabled Veteran.  I don't understand why you pick on me for my service record.  Every Veteran who I have talked to has stories about their own service record.  Being in the U.S. Armed Forces is not always a pleasant experience.  I was far from being the best Soldier, and I am thankful for all of the service members who volunteer ("volun-told") to protect our nation and world.

I am upset that Russia keeps escalating its threat of nuclear weapons in a would-be war against the West.  I read that today's so-called "strategic" nuclear weapons are more powerful than the atomic bombs used on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in WW2.  I want a peace settlement with Putin and Russia over Ukraine soon so that Russia's threats of using its nuclear weapons in a would-be war with the West will stop.  I tell people that I will turn 48 years old during this Summer 2023, but I want peace for the younger generations who have not lived their lives yet.  I, too, would like to enjoy a full life, or course.  I wish there were no such thing as nuclear weapons, along with all of the other Weapons of Mass Destruction, but it would be too good to be true.

"Supreme Court rejects appeal from veterans seeking disability benefits after radiation exposure"
AP, Nation, June 20, 2023

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected an appeal on behalf of some U.S. veterans who want disability benefits because they were exposed to radiation while responding to a Cold War-era hydrogen bomb accident in Spain.

The justices did not comment in turning away an appeal from Victor Skaar, an Air Force veteran in his mid-80s.

Skaar, of Nixa, Missouri, filed class-action claims seeking benefits for him and others who say they became ill from exposure to radiation during the recovery and cleanup of the undetonated bombs at the accident site in Palomares, a village in southern Spain, in 1966.

A federal appeals court rejected the class-action claims. The Supreme Court’s action leaves that ruling in place.

The Justice Department, arguing against high-court review, noted that Congress last year enacted legislation that expands eligibility for benefits for many Palomares veterans. But the department also acknowledged that Skaar is not covered by the legislation.

Skaar’s lawyers told the Supreme Court that he suffers from leukopenia, described as a condition that can be caused by exposure to radiation. Skaar also has had skin cancer, now in remission, the lawyers wrote in a court filing.

He was among 1,400 U.S. service members who were sent to Palomares to help clean up what has been called the worst radiation accident in U.S. history.

On Jan. 17, 1966, a U.S. B-52 bomber and a refueling plane crashed into each other during a refueling operation in the skies above Palomares, killing seven of 11 crew members but no one on the ground. At the time, the U.S. was keeping nuclear-armed warplanes in the air near the border with the Soviet Union.

The midair collision resulted in the release of four U.S. hydrogen bombs. None of the bombs exploded, but the plutonium-filled detonators on two went off, scattering 7 pounds (3 kilograms) of highly radioactive plutonium 239 across the landscape.

Joe Biden should make Hunter Biden publicly apologize for his actions!

January 15, 2023

Yesterday, I asked my 78-year-old dad, Bob, why the multimillionaire Biden family doesn't pay for the 4-year-old unplanned love child that Hunter Biden has been litigating in family court for several years now.  I said that the Biden family is very wealthy, and it would be like the middle-class Melle family paying $1 per month for child support and family obligations if we had an unplanned love child out there.

It would be best for the country for the Biden family to come together and set up a monthly annuity for their 4-year-old unplanned love child and a child support and family obligation payment plan for the unwanted mother of the unplanned girl.  Usually, when family court cases end up like this, the family who endlessly litigates in court for years has financial hardships.  Usually, when there is an unwanted mother of the unplanned child with a middle-class to wealthy family like the multimillionaire Biden family, the family court agrees on a child support and family obligation payment plan to make the other family whole.  Joe Biden is the U.S. President.  This is not an ideal situation that keeps on going on and on.

Hunter Biden is a troubled middle-aged man who is a recovering crack cocaine addict who wrote in a published book that he used to smoke crack cocaine every 15 minutes, along with drowning himself in alcohol, along with having a drug dealer point a loaded gun to his head, along with domestically abusively spending his first family's money on strippers and sex workers.  Hunter Biden is still being investigated for wire fraud, tax fraud, money laundering and the like, due to his foreign business dealings with adversarial countries such as Russia (millions of dollars) and China (over $1 billion), as well as in Ukraine when Joe Biden served as the U.S. Vice President under U.S. President Barack Obama.

Hunter Biden tried to weasel out of paying child support for the then stripper who was in her 20s by lying to a family court Judge by saying that he wasn't the father of the baby girl.  The Judge ordered Hunter Biden to take a paternity test, and it was indeed his unplanned child.  Hunter Biden to this day says that he has no memory of his now unwanted young woman sexual partner, and he files endless motions in endless litigation to fight her in family court.  Oh, and of course, Joe Biden proclaimed that he is proud of his last surviving son, Hunter Biden.  If that is Joe Biden's judgment, then our country is in for a lot more hurt and pain over the next two years and 5 days.

Lastly, I don't have a wife.  I don't have children.  But theoretically, if I were in Joe Biden's shoes and Hunter Biden was my son, I would make Hunter Biden publicly apologize for his actions instead of saying that I am proud of him.

"Hunter Biden asks court to block his ‘estranged’ love child from taking his family name"

By Kevin Haggerty, American Wire News Service, January 15, 2023

Hunter Biden’s reason for attempting to block his “estranged” four-year-old daughter from taking the family name suggested the criminally investigated president’s son may care about the girl’s well-being after all.

After denying fathering Navy Joan Roberts with now-31-year-old Lunden Roberts, Biden ultimately conceded his parentage after a DNA test confirmed his paternity. The seemingly cold relationship with his fourth of five children was only exacerbated by his effort in September to have child support payments reduced citing “substantial material change” in “financial circumstances.”

However, a new court filing submitted by Biden’s attorney this month claimed that the father is attempting to assure his out of wedlock daughter a “peaceful existence” as he combats Roberts’ effort to legally change the girl’s surname to Biden.

On Dec. 27, Roberts, whom Biden had impregnated while actively involved with the widow of his brother Beau, Hallie, asked Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer to change Navy Joan’s last name to that of her father’s. Attorney Clinton Lancaster argued in the filing in Arkansas court it was “now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute and politically powerful.”

The filing also claimed the name will afford opportunities “just like it has for other members of the Biden family.”

“To the extent, this is misconduct or neglect,” the filing contended of Navy Joan’s “estranged” relationship with her father, “it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family.”

Biden’s attorney countered the argument with a filing that contended the girl should decide for herself once “the disparagement of the Biden name is not at its height.”

Whether this position was coming from a place of altruism as investigations pertaining to Biden’s foreign business dealings continue, and his father, President Joe Biden is in the midst of a growing scandal regarding possession of classified documents which could be linked, or just a new spin on a continued desire to have nothing to do with Navy Joan, the record from the family has continued to be one of distance.

Along with the lasting denial of paternity, the Biden’s had disassociated with Roberts and her daughter by not providing her with the same Secret Service detail that is optionally afforded to extended members of the president’s family. When she had had to file a restraining order against her ex-fiancĂ© who had grown violent, a friend of hers had argued, “The President frequently talks about his love and pride for his grandchildren. But if he really cared for every member of his family he would have done something by now.”

Similar disinterest in Navy Joan was put on display when the White House unveiled the Christmas decorations for 2022 and stockings were hung naming Hunter’s first three daughters and his son Beau with his new wife. No mention was made of his fourth daughter when even the first dog Commander and first cat Willow were represented with stockings of their own.

Re: Thomas F. Birmingham, former state Senate president, dies at 73

Hello Boston Globe,

I am sorry to read about the passing of Tom Birmingham.  In 2002, I met him, along with the famous Robert Reich, when they were running for Governor of Massachusetts in the Democratic Party.  When I shook Robert Reich's hand, I said to him that I support his progressive politics of investing in the people and communities throughout Massachusetts.  When I met Tom Birmingham, I wished him good luck in his campaign, but then Andrea Francesco Nuciforo Junior (aka Luciforo) saw me talking with his favored candidate for Governor and after Luciforo came over, they walked away from me.  Good old Luciforo, who always puts himself before everyone else in politics, which in later years led to him being called a "Fringe Politician".

Anyways, I always enjoyed reading Tom Birmingham's op-eds in The Boston Globe over the years.  As well, I always enjoyed listening to and watching Robert Reich on TV over the years.

Later in 2002, Democrat candidate for Governor Shannon O'Brien faced off against the very wealthy Republican candidate for Governor, Willard Mitt Romney, who always had offshore accounts in the Cayman Islands, with Mitt Romney buying the Massachusetts Governor's Office from Utah, where he is a current U.S. Senator.  I always wondered why Mitt Romney ran for U.S. President in 2012 when he had offshore accounts in the Cayman Islands, which is as bad as Donald Trump's secretive tax returns.

In the news yesterday, Friday, 1/20/2023, I read that Joe Biden and his sketch-ball Hall of Shame son Hunter Biden made history for being the first father and son to have Special Counsels investigating them at the same time over the past 46 presidential administrations.

I went out for a late-morning breakfast with my 78-year-old dad, Bob, this snowy Saturday, 1/21/2023, and I asked him about the two Special Counsel investigations into Joe and Hunter Biden.  I asked, what if the two of them were/are in cahoots together as partners in alleged crime(s)?  I said it may be best for the country if Joe Biden resigned, but my dad disagreed with me, but then my dad said that Joe Biden should not run for a second term next year in 2024.  I don't want either Joe Biden or Donald Trump to run for U.S. President in 2024.  I hope for two new presidential candidates in 2024.

Re: Arkansas Judge issues privacy order in Biden family court case

I cannot wrap my head around Hunter Biden's legal position(s) in his child support case with a woman half his age who is the mother of Hunter Biden's unplanned and unwanted 4-year-old girl named Navy.  Hunter Biden lied to a Judge by saying he was not the father of the baby girl.  Hunter Biden was ordered to take a court-ordered paternity test, which proved that he is, indeed, the father of the baby girl.  Hunter Biden says that he has no memory of the then stripper he fathered a baby girl with, despite the young woman being on Hunter Biden's firm's staff.  Hunter Biden wants to lower the amount of child support monthly payments to the mother of his love child, despite that Biden family being multimillionaires.  On July 24 - 25, 2023, Hunter Biden will face off with his former mistress in a bench trial in Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas.

If I were in Hunter Biden's shoes, and my father, Joe Biden, was the sitting U.S. President who is worth many millions of dollars, I would settle out-of-court with the would-be mother of my would-be unplanned and unwanted baby girl.  I would use my family's millions of dollars to set up an agreed upon monthly child support plan for the mother of my would-be baby girl.  I would also purchase an annuity for my would-be unplanned and unwanted baby girl so that she would be taken care of for life.  I would not say that I won a victory in a family court in Arkansas after the Judge issued a privacy order prior to my upcoming would-be bench trial in Batesville whereby I would argue that I should pay less in monthly child support payments.

In 2021, Hunter Biden wrote and published a book whereby he wrote that he used to smoke crack cocaine every 15 minutes, drown himself in alcohol, frequent strip clubs, and purchase sex from sex workers.  The news media states: "Hunter Biden is the son of President Biden and is a frequent target of Republicans."  Excuse me, but Hunter Biden himself wrote and published a book about all of his "Bad Boy Behaviors" during the first year of his father's presidency.  Moreover, Hunter Biden is under criminal investigation for wire fraud and related illegal business activities overseas.  Furthermore, Joe Biden may have allegedly profited from his son, Hunter Biden's, alleged illegal business dealings, including with adversarial overseas countries including Russia and China.

Hunter Biden has at least 5 children by at least 3 mothers.  Hunter Biden sounds like he is a middle-aged spoiled brat of a 50-year Swamp career politician who is the sitting U.S. President, Joe Biden, who never met his 4-year-old granddaughter, Navy.  Hunter Biden is another person who wants everything for himself, while everyone has to pound sand.  I believe it would be best for our country if the Biden family would change their ways and show real leadership by taking personal responsibility for their family members.

"Judge issues privacy order in Hunter Biden child support case"
BY Debra Hale-Shelton, Arkansas Time, March 28, 2023

Score at least a minor victory for Hunter Biden in a lingering paternity and child-support case in Independence County.

Circuit Judge Holly Meyer on Monday ordered that “all information about or related to child support including affidavits of financial means is confidential information or confidential financial information and shall be sealed.”

The ruling came in a case Lunden Alexis Roberts, a former Washington, D.C., resident now living in Independence County, filed against Biden in 2019 as a result of the birth of their daughter in 2018. In addition to continued child support, Roberts wants to change the child’s surname to Biden. A paternity test confirmed Biden is the child’s father.

Hunter Biden is the son of President Biden and is a frequent target of Republicans.

In Monday’s order, Meyer wrote that “the court has no concern for the political nature or aspects surrounding this case. This is a case about child support and the court has treated and will continue to treat these parties as any other members of this judicial district.”

Meyer said the “court’s goal is not to be opaque, but to be efficient and not burden the parties.

The case is scheduled for a bench trial July 24-25 [2023] in Batesville [Arkansas].

Re: Hunter Biden's next family court hearing is next week on Monday, 1-May-2023

Hunter Biden's next family court case hearing is next week on Monday, May 1st, 2023, in Batesville [Arkansas].  Hunter Biden's family court case is scheduled for a bench trial July 24-25 [2023] in Batesville [Arkansas].

Hunter Biden lied to a Judge a couple of years ago by saying that his baby girl, named Navy, was not his child with a young woman who was half of his age who was a college student and stripper in the Swamp.  The Judge ordered Hunter Biden to take a court-ordered paternity test, which proved that Hunter Biden is the father of the baby girl, who is now 4 years old.  Hunter Biden told that Judge that he has no memory of the young woman who fathered his baby girl, but Lunden Alexis Roberts is listed as a former employee at his law firm.

Next week, on Monday, May 1st, 2023, Hunter Biden is ordered to appear in person for the first time at the family court hearing in Batesville [Arkansas] to answer the Judge's order for him to turn over to the family court his financial documents that he has been withholding from the family court, while he is requesting that his monthly child support payments be reduced.  Hunter Biden has been appearing in the family court hearings via video.

Also at play is Lunden Alexis Roberts' request that her 4-year-old daughter Navy's last name be changed to Biden, which Hunter Biden opposes.  Please note that Hunter Biden has at least 5 children by at least 3 women, he is in his 50's, and he wrote and published a book whereby he wrote that he used to smoke crack cocaine every 15 minutes, drown himself in alcohol, spend his money on strippers and sex workers, along with all of his other "Bad Boy Behaviors", while his father, Joe Biden, is the sitting U.S. President.  Joe Biden keeps saying that he is proud of his last surviving son, Hunter Biden.

Today, Tuesday, April 25th, 2023, Joe Biden announced his 1,000th campaign for U.S. President that he has been doing since 1988, which is 35 years ago.  Joe Biden has spent over 50 years of his life as a career politician in the Swamp.  Joe Biden, like most of his peers in the Swamp, are multimillionaires.  Hunter Biden's allegedly illegal business activities, including with Russia and China, are said to have benefited Joe Biden's finances.  Yet...Yet...Yet...When it comes to Hunter Biden's unplanned for and unwanted 4-year-old daughter Navy, Hunter Biden is trying to convince the family court that he should be able to pay less in his monthly child support payments.  Sarcasm: Good luck with that one, Hunter Biden!

Re: Hunter Biden's "Bad Boy Behaviors" and his day in family court

Hunter Biden attended his first in-person family court hearing in Arkansas this Monday morning, May 1st, 2023, because he is requesting that his monthly child support payments be reduced for his unplanned for and unwanted four-year-old girl to a young woman who was half of his age who attended college in the Swamp where she also worked as a stripper and was listed as an employee at his law firm.  The family court Judge ruled that Hunter Biden must answer written questions about all of his personal finances, answer questions under oath at a deposition in mid-June 2023, and attend a bench trial on July 24th, 2023.

Why is Hunter Biden doing all of this?  First, Hunter Biden lied to a family court Judge in 2019 by saying that he is not the father of the baby girl, but a court ordered paternity test proved otherwise.  Second, Hunter Biden wrote and published a book in 2021 stating that he used to smoke crack cocaine every 15 minutes, drown himself in alcohol, and spend his money on strippers and sex workers.  Third, Hunter Biden says that he has no memory of having sex with the unwanted mother of his unplanned for and unwanted baby girl.  Fourth, despite it being public knowledge that the wealthy Biden family are multimillionaires, along with Hunter Biden being investigated for alleged tax fraud and related alleged criminal activities, Hunter Biden is trying to convince the family court that his monthly child support payments to the unwanted mother of his unplanned for and unwanted 4-year-old girl be reduced.

U.S. President Joe Biden should make his middle-aged son, Hunter Biden, apologize for all his aforementioned actions and then set up a financial plan to pay the unwanted woman mother of his unplanned for and unwanted 4-year-old girl the monthly child support payments that is mandated under the law.  If Hunter Biden were my son, I would explain to him that whenever his penis is erect and his sperm is ejaculated near or into a woman's vagina, his sperm will fertilize the woman's egg and she will become pregnant and then she will have a baby.  I would explain to him that while his sperm doesn't not know any better, he as the man who should know better than to have sex with a woman with the consequences he now faces as a sexual partner and father.  I would tell him that now that he has at least 5 children by at least 3 women, at this point in his middle-aged life, he should get a vasectomy to stop having children, including the 4-year-old girl that he doesn't want to pay monthly child support payments for that is mandated under the law.  I would tell him to comply with the family court's ruling and pay the unwanted mother of his unplanned for and unwanted 4-year-old girl the full monthly child support payments that is mandated under the law.

"Hunter Biden must answer questions about his finances and art sales, judge rules"
By Marshall Cohen, CNN, May 1, 2023

An Arkansas judge on Monday ordered President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, to answer written questions about his investments, his art sales and other financial transactions as part of a paternity-related case.

Hunter Biden also will sit for a deposition in mid-June, where he’ll have to answer questions under oath, the judge said at a hearing Monday [morning, May 1, 2023].

A trial is a slated for July [24th] to determine if his child support payments will be adjusted.

Hunter Biden has paid $750,000 so far to Lunden Roberts, the mother of one of his children, his lawyer said.

This story is breaking and will be updated.

Opinion Columnists | Howie Carr: "Hunter Biden in the White Trash Hall of Fame"
By Howie Carr - howard.carr@medianewsgroup.com - Boston Herald, May 3, 2023

Hunter Biden is white trash.

That’s what Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene called him the other day, and as archaic a phrase as it is, it’s perfect.

Just like you can sometimes describe somebody in politics as a hack’s hack, Hunter Biden is white trash’s white trash.

This guy has made millions working in his chosen profession – bagman for the Big Guy. Hey, he said it, not me, on the laptop that the deep state and state-run media lied was “Russian disinformation.”

Hunter told his daughter he’d never ask her to do what Dementia Joe demanded he do – turn over half of all his collections.

On the good days, like when Hunter got the millions from the Chinese energy company, he only had to hold “10% for the Big Guy.”

But now he’s a starving artist. That’s what he told the judge in Arkansas on the hearing about his child-support payments to his illegitimate daughter by the Capitol Hill stripper.

The 4-year-old girl’s name is Navy Joan. The Bidens don’t want her using their last name.

During the holidays at the White House, Biden has Christmas stockings hanging for not only for six grandchildren, but also the family pets, including Willow the Cat.

But no stocking for Navy Joan. She rates lower on the Biden family tree than a housecat.

Biden always mentions his “six” grandchildren. He did it again just last week. In fact he has seven grandkids. Navy Joan is a non-person.

Come to think of it, Hunter comes by his white-trash genes naturally. No need for Joe to take the kind of DNA test Hunter was compelled to take by the courts in Arkansas when he was denying he was the kid’s papa.

I know, some people are saying, what’s the stripper complaining about? She’s getting $20,000 a month in child support.

So what? The courts calculate the amount of child support on the father’s income. How much do you think Hunter Biden has been grabbing over the decades – even after the 10-50% skim for the Big Guy.

One of the criminal problems being broomed for him is failure to pay income taxes. That’s why he had to get a Hollywood lawyer to give him $2.8 million to pay his back taxes.

How much do you figure you must make to owe $2.8 million in unpaid taxes? And by the way, what exactly did Hunter Biden do to make all that money? From the laptop we know what Hunter does when he’s off-duty, which is 24/7. But what exactly is his… profession… and please, don’t tell me he’s a lawyer.

I know, he went to law school, but you know who else went to law school? His father, the Obamas, Deval Patrick and Tim “Crash” Murray and God only knows how many other nitwits you wouldn’t hire to rake your lawn.

At the hearing, Hunter’s high-priced lawyers were talking about how broke he is.

When his father went to Ireland last month (the trip Brandon couldn’t recall when asked about it by 8-year-olds), Hunter had to sleep on a cot in his father’s room.

The repo men came and hot-wired his Porsche and now he drives a crappy car like the rest of us. It was given to him by the same lawyer who fronted him $2.8 million to hand over to the IRS.

Asked why this lawyer would give all these goodies to a complete degenerate, one of Hunter’s DC lawyers said, “I think the answer will be because he’s a friend and cares about the client.”

It would take a heart of stone not to laugh.

It’s not like Dementia Joe is the first president with relatives who’ve embarrassed them.

Richard Nixon’s brother took a “loan” from Howard Hughes. LBJ’s brother was an alcoholic, ditto Jimmy Carter’s. Donald Trump’s brother drank himself to death. Bill Clinton’s brother was a cocaine dealer. Barack Obama’s aunt and uncle were illegal aliens who moved to Massachusetts (of course!) where Auntie Zeituni went on the dole and Uncle Omar was arrested for drunk driving.

But none of them come close to Hunter Biden in the White (or otherwise) Trash Sweepstakes.

The guy fits the dictionary definition of a racketeer – “a person who engages in dishonest and fraudulent business dealings.”

The judge in Arkansas asked Hunter how much he’s been making in his new grift, I mean, career as an artist. But his mouthpieces said he didn’t know, because of an agreement with the gallery that sells his “works,” to avoid even the hint of impropriety, you know, influence-peddling.

That was what Hunter’s lawyer claimed. My word as a Biden.

The stripper’s lawyer pointed out that the indigent artist known as Hunter has retained “some of the most expensive attorneys on planet Earth, including a former attorney general of Arkansas (the office Bill Clinton once held).

“If he can afford (all of them),” the lawyer said, “he surely must have income for child support.”

Are you kidding me? That’s one of the definitions of white trash – you don’t pay child support. You deny paternity, you hide income, you cry poor mouth, you lie on the F.I.D. forms, you lose your gun, you have sex with your sister-in-law, you leave your ID in a rented car along with your crack pipe, when you get jammed up you go into rehab, over and over and over again.

Hunter Biden – waive the five-year eligibility rule, he belongs in the White Trash Hall of Fame now, by acclimation.

EXCLUSIVE - WHITE HOUSE - "[Joe] Biden defends son Hunter ahead of possible federal tax, gun charges" - “My son has done nothing wrong,” [Joe] Biden said in an interview with MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle, as the Justice Department conclude a criminal investigation".
By Katherine Doyle, MSNBC, May 5, 2023

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden defended his son Hunter as federal prosecutors are said to be nearing a decision on whether to charge the president’s son with tax and firearms violations after a four-year criminal investigation.

“First of all, my son has done nothing wrong,” Biden said in an interview with Stephanie Ruhle, host of “The 11th Hour on MSNBC.” "I trust him. I have faith in him.”

Asked how charges against his son could impact his presidency, Biden said he stands by Hunter.

“It impacts my presidency by making me feel proud of him,” the president said.

Federal prosecutors are weighing whether to charge Hunter Biden with two misdemeanor counts for failure to file taxes, a single felony count of tax evasion related to a business expense for one year of taxes, and the gun charge, also a potential felony. Hunter Biden has said he has since reconciled delinquent tax filings.

The White House has dismissed allegations by an IRS special agent seeking whistleblower protections in the handling of the case. Aides insist that Biden has not been involved and that the president stands by his promise not to politicize the Justice Department.

But any outcome could draw significant national attention to Biden and his family as the president embarks on a campaign for re-election.

Hunter has denied wrongdoing in the tax case, saying that he handled his affairs “legally and appropriately.”

The investigation has drawn attention from Republicans on Capitol Hill and former President Donald Trump, a leading contender for the GOP nomination in 2024, who have sought to tie Biden to his son's business dealings with foreign governments.

The expected decision by the Justice Department comes after a four-year investigation.

"Joe Biden says Hunter has done 'nothing wrong.' Really? Let's count the ways"
By Jonathan Turley, Opinion, Fox News, May 8, 2023

In the hilarious 1955 movie classic, "The Trouble with Harry," a group of people in a small New England town struggle over what to do with a body that keeps popping up. In one scene, the character Capt. Albert Wilesa declares "Blessed are they who expect nothing, for they shall not be disappointed."

President Joe Biden has clearly taken Capt. Wilesa's words to heart. In an interview with MSNBC on Friday, Biden repeated the same mantra that he has maintained since the 2020 election when his son's laptop revealed an array of possible criminal acts: Hunter has "done nothing wrong."

In the interview, Biden declared "My son has done nothing wrong. I trust him. I have faith in him, and it impacts my presidency by making me feel proud of him."

As with media over the last four years, MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle did not challenge the clearly absurd statement. Instead, she prefaced her question by stressing that there are "no ties to you" in any of his son's alleged crimes.

That is, of course, ignoring the mounting evidence of influence peddling, repeated references to the involvement of the president, and reports of a whistleblower alleging the president's involvement in a bribery scheme.

However, it was Ruhle's shrug to Biden's claim that was the most glaring part of the low-risk interview. There is, of course, much that Hunter did "wrong." Let's just rattle off a few notable examples.

Tax violations
Hunter clearly did not pay his taxes and reportedly relied upon a wealthy friend of the family to pay millions after the Justice Department zeroed in on his financial dealings.

Gun violation
Hunter clearly lied on a form as part of a gun transaction on Oct. 12, 2018, when he answered "no" to the question, "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?"

FARA violations
While leaks from the Justice Department have omitted any charges for being an unregistered foreign agent, the evidence against Biden appears as strong as past cases brought against others, including Trump's campaign manager Paul Manafort.

The emails show an array of foreign interests, including some with ties to foreign intelligence, paying Biden handsomely for his work and ties to his father. The emails also show Biden reaching out to top Obama administration officials, including Antony Blinken, as part of this work.

What is also notable is that Biden's claim is only plausible before any conviction or plea. However, it also suggests that we define what is right or wrong by what is criminal. That is a chilling view for any person, let alone a president, in defining the permissible range of conduct.

Most people would include the following as wrong even without collateral criminal acts (which could also exist).

Prostitution
Hunter Biden documents with astonishing detail his hiring of prostitutes and even may have used joint accounts or cards with his father to pay for such services.

Failure to Pay Child Support
While President Biden has continued to refuse to acknowledge his grandchild, Navy Joan, his son has spent years fighting paternity and child support. President Biden has long campaigned against "deadbeat Dads," but did not utter a word of concern when his son spent years resisting recognizing or supporting his daughter until a settlement was raised with the help of a court. He is now trying to reduce those payments.

This list does not include drug use in my view. Most of us are sympathetic with people who develop drug addictions. Hunter appears to have been able to overcome addictions to alcohol and drugs as did his sister.

However, the biggest "wrong" is the one that Biden does not want to acknowledge because the President was the object of the wrongful conduct.

Influence Peddling
Both the Bidens and the media are eager to tie off the Hunter Biden controversy, even with the necessity of a narrow criminal indictment or plea. The hope is that a plea could be used to declare the matter closed without having to address millions of dollars reportedly generated in one of the most flagrant influence-peddling operations in history.

The spin has already begun as pundits and press repeat over and over again that influence peddling is not a crime. It is true that it is not a crime in itself, but it is common for criminal acts to be committed in carrying out or concealing such influence peddling.

Putting aside any collateral crimes, however, influence peddling is still a form of corruption. Hunter Biden, his uncle James, and other Biden family members are implicated in receiving massive payments from foreign "clients" seeking to influence then-Vice President Joe Biden.

It may be the favorite form of corruption in Washington, but it is still corrupt. It is still, in the president's words, "wrong."

I do not fault President Biden for defending his son. However, to paraphrase the common statement on sin, you can hate the wrong and love the wrongdoer.

May 10, 2023

It has been known for at least several years now that Hunter Biden's overseas trips in Russia, Ukraine and China included him smoking crack cocaine, drowning himself in alcohol, bringing in many millions of dollars from Ukraine and Russia to possibly over $1 to $2 billion from the Chinese Communist Party, and spending large sums of money on having sex with sex workers who may have been part of sex trafficking rings.  It was even in a U.S. Senate report that was published during Joe Biden's first year in the White House in 2021.

I believe that Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring was part of a larger international sex trafficking ring, which allegedly includes Prince Andrew in the U.K., along with over 200 other rich and powerful men in France and the U.S.A.  Bill Clinton has 26 flight logs in Jeffrey Epstein's private jet.  Bill Clinton is a twice Convicted Felon due to his many years/decades of sexual misconduct.  Bill Gates' wife Melinda French divorced him due his connection to Jeffrey Epstein.  Girls as young as 14 years old were said to have been allegedly sexually abused, exploited and raped.  Of course, only the woman named Ghislaine Maxwell is in prison.

Joe Biden is WRONG to keep saying that his son, Hunter Biden, did nothing illegal, and that he is proud of him.  Around this time last year of 2022, Joe Biden hired Attorneys to handle his would-be impeachment in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Joe Biden may pardon his son, Hunter Biden, if he is convicted of federal crimes.  Joe Biden spent years/decades of his over 50-year political career in the Swamp saying he is an advocate for woman, but Joe Biden is not advocating for Lunden Roberts and her daughter 4-year-old Navy Joan who Hunter Biden is facing off against in a family court in Batesville, Arkansas, to try to lower his $20,000 per month child support payments for.  Joe Biden has always spoke out about "deadbeat dads", but not in the case of his son, Hunter Biden.

"EXPOSED: Hunter Paid ‘Tens Of Thousands’ For Sex-Trafficked Prostitutes"
Patriots Alerts, May 9, 2023

U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) said Republicans can prove that Hunter Biden paid “tens of thousands of dollars for prostitutes that were sex trafficked through an international sex trafficking ring.”

Senator Johnson made the latest bombshell allegation against the president’s troubled son during an interview with Fox News on Tuesday.

“One thing that we don’t talk enough about, I know President Biden is just so proud of his son, but we have the evidence that Hunter Biden paid for, paid tens-of-thousands of dollars for prostitutes that were sex-trafficked through an international sex trafficking ring,” Johnson said.

“Oh,” host Harris Faulkner responded.

“Yes, ick. And President Biden, during about a four- or five-month period, offered to pay for about $100,000 of Hunter Biden’s bills when he was spending tens-of-thousands of dollars on these women who were sex-trafficked,” he continued.

The Wisconsin senator went on to say that House Republicans have the financial transactions that prove Hunter Biden’s conduct.

“It is grotesque but the media doesn’t concentrate on it, we had that in our report. We had the financial transactions proving it, James Comer does the same thing,” Johnson said.

“But again, it is so icky, it’s so reprehensible. People don’t wanna hear about it, but it’s just galling to hear the president talk about how ‘proud’ he is of Hunter. And he enables this, he enables it by propping up his son both in terms of those types of words as well as financially.”

“It’s really pretty sick,” he added.

Hunter Biden is currently the subject of a number of legal investigations and accusations. He is currently awaiting potential charges in a years-long investigation into tax and gun violations. According to a 2020 report from Fox News, Biden is potentially facing two misdemeanor tax filing charges, a felony tax evasion charge, and a false statement charge over a gun purchase.

Despite the number of legal sagas involving Hunter Biden, the president said he is “proud” of his son and believes he has done “nothing wrong” in a recent interview with MSNBC.

"Hunter Biden's 'sugar brother' keeps the first son afloat amid multiple scandals"
By Aaron Kliegman, Fox News via Yahoo! News, May 29, 2023

As Hunter Biden claims he's facing financial trouble amid a federal investigation into his finances and overseas business dealings, the first son has been turning to a Hollywood mega-lawyer and big-time Democratic donor for money and strategic advice.

Kevin Morris, a prominent attorney whose clients include the likes of Chris Rock and Matthew McConaughey, is perhaps best known for brokering a licensing deal for the creators of the animated comedy series "South Park" worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He also won a Tony award as a co-producer of the hit musical "Book of Mormon" and is a fiction writer of two novels and a collection of short stories.

In the political world, Morris has donated significant amounts of money to Democratic candidates and groups, according to public records. Last year, for example, he gave $100,000 to a political action committee supporting Conor Lamb, a Pennsylvania Democrat who lost the Senate primary race to now-Sen. John Fetterman.

Morris, 58, also gave $50,000 to Americans Keeping Country First — a super PAC created to support Republican members of Congress who voted to impeach or convict former President Donald Trump following the Jan. 6 Capitol breach — and another $50,000 to the American Bridge 21st Century PAC, which conducts opposition research against Republican politicians.

However, now one of Morris' main projects seems to be helping Hunter Biden. By all accounts he's assumed an increasingly big role in the first son's life — to the point that the wealthy lawyer has been dubbed Hunter's "sugar brother." That role has involved a wide range of areas — from financial support, to helping write a book, to lending a private jet.

Indeed, Biden, 53, flew to and from the courthouse for his recent Arkansas child-support hearing aboard a luxury private jet owned by Morris, according to the New York Post, which cited flight and business records.

The 2001 Dassault Falcon 50 — formerly owned by country singer Brad Paisely — is worth $6 million and registered to Plato LLC, for which Morris is reportedly the principal. The jet took off from Los Angeles on April 30 just after 7 a.m., flew cross-country to Washington, D.C. where it landed, and then went to Arkansas for the hearing the next morning. Afterward, the jet left around 11:30 a.m. to return to D.C.

The 7,326-mile round trip likely cost between $55,000 to $117,000, the Post reported, noting the total was the equivalent value of up to six months of Biden's child-support payments.

President Biden's son was in court trying to reduce his child-support obligations to his former mistress, Lunden Alexis Roberts, 32, a one-time stripper and mother of his four-year-old daughter, Navy Joan. President Biden and the first lady have refused to publicly acknowledge the child's existence as their seventh grandchild.

According to Hunter Biden's lawyers, he's been paying $20,000 per month in child support, amounting to $750,000 paid so far. Biden is arguing he can no longer afford the payments and needs them reduced due to what he's described as a "substantial material change" in his financial situation.

Roberts' attorney, Clint Lancaster, is skeptical of the idea that Biden can't make the payments, making a motion to have Biden disclose who funds his "stable of American super lawyers."

"Mr. Biden claims to be nothing more than a Yale-educated attorney/artist who is somewhat financially destitute and needs his child support adjusted," Lancaster wrote in a court filing for the recent hearing. "However, for an artist living on meager means, Mr. Biden is living lavishly."

Beyond the child-support hearing, the Post cited flight records showing Morris' plane landing in or taking off from Fayetteville, Ark. at least nine times between February 2022 and April 2023.  Fayetteville is the home of Biden's financial adviser, Edward Prewitt.

Morris has helped Biden maintain his allegedly lavish lifestyle, according to several reports covering at least some of the first son's rent and living expenses.

Perhaps most famously, Morris loaned more than $2 million to Biden to help pay off the first son's overdue taxes, which are in part the subject of a years-long Justice Department investigation into possible tax evasion and other potential crimes.

Morris has additionally advised Biden on a host of legal, personal, and financial matters, ranging from his child-support lawsuit to how to respond to ongoing federal probes in his taxes and business affairs. Biden lawyer Chris Clark told CBS News last year that Morris is serving as an "attorney and trusted adviser" to the first son.

Morris has also assisted Biden in selling his artwork. Biden has taken up painting since getting sober and remarrying. Many of his paintings have been priced at and sold for six-figure values, raising concerns among both the Biden administration and ethics experts about the potential of buyers, including foreigners, purchasing the art in order to influence presidential politics. The White House developed guidelines for Biden to sell art without him or anyone in the administration knowing the details.

Meanwhile, emails and business records indicate Morris controls valuable assets of Biden as the first son seeks to renegotiate his child-support payments. Indeed, Biden's stake in a Chinese private equity firm called BHR is now controlled by Morris, the Washington Free Beacon reported earlier this month. Specifically, Morris controls Skaneateles, which holds Biden's 10% stake in BHR.

An amended joint venture contract for BHR Partners first obtained by the nonprofit investigative group Marco Polo identifies Morris as the managing member of Biden's LLC. BHR Partners is co-owned by the Beijing-controlled Bank of China and manages $2.1 billion in assets.

Biden initially invested $420,000 in BHR Partners in October 2017 through his personal company, Skaneateles LLC. His interest in the company spiked to an estimated $894,000, according to a March 2019 email from his former business partner, Eric Schwerin.

Biden's extensive ties to China have been the source of controversy for years and are increasingly coming under scrutiny. Just this week, Fox News Digital reported that he was scheduled to meet with Alibaba Group co-founder Jack Ma and other Alibaba executives in 2016 as part of a week-long China trip to find potential investors for a movie production venture that Biden and his business partners signed an agreement on. Among the Chinese investors that Biden pursued were multiple Chinese business executives with high-level ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

Morris met Biden in December 2019 at a fundraiser for the elder Biden's presidential campaign and, according to the New York Times, "soon developed an almost paternal affection" for the now-first son. Both men lived in Los Angeles and became close as Biden was being scrutinized by then-President Trump and his allies.

According to campaign finance records, Morris had donated $2,800 to the Biden campaign before meeting Hunter and gave $55,000 to super PACs supporting the campaign and opposing Trump in the months after the meeting — much more than he had given to such groups previously.

Morris' wide-ranging support for Biden comes as the president's son continues to be the subject of federal investigations into his finances and complex web of business dealings abroad by the Justice Department and House Republicans. An IRS whistleblower — Gary Shapley, a 14-year veteran of the agency — had gone public accusing the Justice Department of "slow-walking" its probe into the first son's finances.

It's unclear what the outcome of the investigation will be, but it could have profound political consequences for the president. But whatever happens, it seems likely Morris will be there to advise Hunter.

Amid the ongoing investigations, Morris assisted Biden in finishing his 2021 memoir, "Beautiful Things," which chronicled his drug and alcohol addictions. Biden included Morris — who reportedly found a high-powered literary agent for the first son — as part of "the outstanding team behind this book" on the acknowledgments page of his memoir.

Morris has also worked on a documentary project that's expected to build on the memoir's story of redemption while portraying Biden as the victim of attacks from conservatives and Republicans in recent years.

Ironically, the famed lawyer has also been accused separately of posing as a documentarian.

Indeed, Morris allegedly lied to get on to the film set of "My Son Hunter," an independent movie that presents a fictionalized and unflattering account of Biden's drug use and foreign business dealings. According to several reports, Morris flew to Serbia with two colleagues, identified himself by name to the film crew, and said he was making a documentary about Biden's alleged "corruption" without revealing their relationship. Morris and his two colleagues were given full access to the set for several days, taping hours of footage for the supposed documentary.

However, when revelations about Morris' connection to Biden first came to light last year, Phelim McAleer, a producer of the film, called the lawyer's behavior "unethical," adding that "if I had known that he was providing legal and media consult to Hunter Biden, I would have treated him rather differently."

"This was an information gathering exercise by a lawyer and his associates for their client," McAleer said in a press release. "Now that I know of his representation of Hunter Biden, his questions while they were filming suddenly make a lot of sense. I thought he was just making a documentary but now it appears he was deceptively spying for his client Hunter Biden."

According to the New York Times, Morris, who's been working to undermine Republican attacks against Biden, could use the footage from Serbia for his documentary.

Morris didn't respond to requests for comment for this story.

Re: Hunter Biden should pay his monthly child support

Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, is trying to reduce his monthly child support payments to the mother of his 4-year-old daughter in a family court in Batesville, Arkansas.  Hunter Biden is the one who reopened the case, and he is not providing full disclosure of all of his financial documents and records to the family court.  If Hunter Biden didn't reopen the case, then it would have been resolved long ago.  Now, Hunter Biden is ordered to appear in-person in court on July 10th, 2023, so that the Judge may order him held in contempt of court if he and his lawyers do not fully comply with the court order to fully disclose all of his financial documents and records to the court.  The bench trial is scheduled for July 24th, 2023.

The Biden family are multimillionaires.  Paying the mother of the daughter should not be a problem for the Biden family given that they are worth many millions of dollars.  Furthermore, if it were the Melle family instead of the Biden family, I would work with my own family to make the would-be mother and daughter whole by ensuring that I/we pay my/our family's monthly child support payments.  I am relieved that my own family doesn't have to go through something like this, but I still believe that every family should be made whole when it comes to monthly child support payments.

"Hunter Biden again ordered to appear in Arkansas court in child support case"
by Tony Holt, Arkansas Democrat Gazette, June 6, 2023

Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, has been ordered by a judge to return to court in Arkansas next month to argue why he should not be held in contempt of court.

Biden, 53, is embroiled in an ongoing paternity and child support case with Batesville resident Lunden Roberts, who is the mother of his 4-year-old daughter.

Lunden's attorneys filed a motion for contempt on May 18, alleging that Biden's attorneys did not properly respond to all of the inquiries related to his income.

Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer ruled that Biden must appear July 10 in a Batesville courtroom to respond to the motion. Meyer's order was filed Monday.

The case opened in 2019 and seemed resolved after a DNA test confirmed that Biden was the girl's biological father, but it was reopened after Biden requested that his monthly child support payment be reduced from the previously agreed-upon amount of $20,000. He is also contesting Roberts' desire to change his daughter's surname to Biden.

Roberts' defense team has alleged that Biden has not been forthcoming about his income in spite of the court's order to disclose everything in detail. The defense has stated that his latest responses were still too vague and is seeking civil and criminal contempt for Biden.

The judge stated in her order that Biden has been given notice that his ability to pay "is or may become a critical issue in the contempt proceeding."

She went on to state that Biden would have "an opportunity" at the July 10 hearing to respond to statements and questions about his financial status and that he will be required to "show cause" why he should not be held in contempt.

During a May 1 hearing, Meyer admonished Biden's attorneys and said playing a "cryptic type of ballgame" when it came to disclosing specific sources of income would not be allowed to continue.

Biden's attorneys promised compliance, but Roberts' attorney, Clinton Lancaster, in his May 18 motion, said he still has not received all of the information that the court ordered Biden to disclose.

In his filing, Lancaster said his client "seeks criminal contempt to, hopefully, instill in the defendant a course of corrective behavior that will cause the defendant to change his ways and become compliant in the future."

Biden requested a reduction in his child support payments due to a "substantial" change in his income in recent years, his attorneys have argued.

Lancaster said in court last month that Biden has continued to withhold information related to his overseas business ventures and art sales.

A trial date in the case has been set for July 24 [2023].

EXCLUSIVE: "Hunter Biden FINALLY answers questions about his shady finances in Arkansas as baby mama Lunden Roberts surprises First Son by showing up to hear him be deposed in battle over child support"
By Ben Ashford in Little Rock, Arkansas for DailyMail.com - June 16, 2023

Hunter Biden was finally forced to answer questions about his shady finances today – and his Arkansas baby mama made sure she was there to listen in, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

Lunden Roberts sprang a major surprise on the president's son, 53, by turning up in person to hear him being deposed for the first time in their bitter, years-long child paternity battle.

Sources told DailyMail.com the move would crank up the pressure on the Biden scion as Roberts' attorneys prepared to grill him under oath about his earnings from secretive business deals in Ukraine, China and elsewhere.

'Lunden has every right to be there – but it is highly unusual,' a source told DailyMail.com.

'Attending Hunter's deposition would have been a strategic choice and perhaps a head game. And why not? It's harder for most people to be untruthful about a person in their presence.'

Hunter’s deposition lasted about seven and a half hours before his sprawling motorcade exited the Stephens Building in downtown Little Rock around 4:30pm.

The former flames settled the case in 2019 but Hunter abruptly asked a court last year to lower the $20,000 per month in child support he pays for their adorable four-year-old daughter, Navy Joan Roberts.

Roberts, 32, refused to budge until the First Son handed over a trove of financial docs and sat for a videotaped deposition which was supposed to take place at the Arkansas office of her Donald Trump-supporting attorney, Clinton Lancaster.

The recovering drug addict switched the venue to the Stephens Building, which was teeming with Secret Service agents as his five-vehicle motorcade pulled in just before 9am via a private parking garage.

Roberts, a former DC bottle girl who once worked as Hunter's PA, drove in unnoticed about five minutes later. She was deposed at the same high-rise office for seven hours on Wednesday, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

The face-to-face showdown comes after Roberts petitioned circuit court judge Holly Meyer to toss Hunter in jail for six months for failing to come clean about his wealth. Meyer is yet to rule on the contempt accusation.

In round one of their four-year suit Hunter claimed he was 'unemployed and had no monthly income' despite living in a $12,000-per-month Hollywood rental and driving a Porsche.

But when ordered to produce his financial records he repeatedly failed to do so before agreeing a 2019 settlement that has seen him pay Roberts more than $750,000 to date.

Despite already facing congressional and federal probes into his financial affairs, Hunter unexpectedly reopened the case last September, claiming he had suffered 'a substantial material change' in his income.

Roberts refused to buckle and raised the stakes by petitioning the court to officially rename her daughter Navy Joan Biden to 'benefit from carrying the Biden Family name.'

Her discovery request covers everything from Hunter's business deals in Ukraine and China to the names of the mystery art lovers who have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his beginner paintings.

In his own filings, Hunter has opposed Navy Joan becoming a Biden, insisting he wants a 'peaceful existence' for her, free of the political scrutiny associated with his family dynasty.

His lawyers told a May court hearing that he was not a deadbeat dad and accused DailyMail.com of exaggerating about his jet-set lifestyle, claiming the Porsche was repossessed and that Hunter has only flown once on Air Force One once since his dad became President.

As we previously revealed, the May 1 court hearing in Batesville, Arkansas, was the first time the former lovers had seen one another since Lunden played Hunter an audio recording of her unborn daughter's heartbeat in spring 2018.

The President's son vowed to support Roberts 'emotionally, physically and financially' as she bore the fourth of his five children, according to a well-placed source.

Instead, he 'ghosted' her, ignoring her texts and calls and refusing to acknowledge that Navy Joan was his until a court-ordered DNA test proved he was her dad.

It was initially reported that Hunter met Roberts while she worked as a stripper at a DC club which Hunter frequented, when in fact they didn't meet there and Roberts was never a stripper.

Texts retrieved from his abandoned laptop proved that she was in fact on the payroll at Rosemont Seneca, Hunter's Washington, D.C. investment firm.

She and Hunter conceived Navy Joan around December 2017 while he was still in a relationship with his brother Beau's widow, Hallie.

The blonde-haired girl was born in August 2018 but remained a secret until her mom sued.

Hunter has never bothered to meet Navy Joan and couldn't even pick her out of a photo lineup, according to Lancaster, who represented Trump in his 2020 Wisconsin election challenge.

And she's never met her grandpa Joe, 80, despite the President fawning over his six other grandkids and frequently bringing them along for events and speeches.

The other notable deposition in the paternity suit, that of Garrett Ziegler, a former Trump staffer who is one of Roberts' expert witnesses, took place last month.

Ziegler, a longtime Hunter nemesis, previously posted a 644-page dossier online covering the entire contents of his infamous misplaced laptop.

Hunter's legal team – headed by DC super lawyer Abbe Lowell, who is said to charge up to $855 per hour – have tried but failed to have him blocked from giving evidence when the suit goes to trial in July [24, 2023].

Hunter fathered a son he named Beau after his late brother with his new wife Melissa Cohen just 17 months after Navy was born.

Roberts served the First Son with a sprawling discovery request covering everything from his shady business dealings in Ukraine and China to the names of the mystery art lovers who have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his beginner abstract paintings.

Roberts and Hunter conceived Navy Joan around December 2017 while he was still in a relationship with his brother Beau's widow, Hallie.

Roberts argues that Hunter Biden, the father of her four-year-old daughter Navy, has plenty of money to make his child support payments.

The recovering drug addict switched the venue to the Stephens Building in downtown Little Rock, which was teeming with Secret Service agents as his five-vehicle motorcade pulled in just before 9am via a private parking garage.

The face-to-face showdown comes after Roberts petitioned a judge to toss Hunter in jail for six months for failing to come clean about his wealth.

Hunter Biden was forced to answer questions about his shady finances Friday [June 16, 2023] in Arkansas as part of his bitter paternity battle with baby mama Lunden Roberts.

Sources told DailyMail.com Roberts turning up today would crank up the pressure on the Biden scion as Roberts' attorneys prepared to grill him under oath about his earnings from secretive business deals in Ukraine, China and elsewhere.

Opinion Columnists | Howie Carr: "This week’s installment in the saga of Biden bagman Hunter"
By Howie Carr [howard.carr@medianewsgroup.com], op-ed, The Boston Herald, June 25, 2023

It was just the crack cocaine talking.

You can already hear the excuses Democrats are going to be offering this morning on the chat shows for Hunter Biden’s 2017 bombshell text message to that Red Chinese operative.

Using WhatsApp, the smartest man Dementia Joe Biden knows was brazenly demanding to be paid off immediately by the genocidal Communist butchers, threatening to ruin the guy if he didn’t come across with the do-re-mi.

But Hunter is not to blame — that’s what all the Democrat mouthpieces will be telling their fellow Democrat operatives with press passes on all the unwatched, unwatchable network TV shows.

George, you must understand that Hunter is a victim.

Please remember, Chuck, that the poor boy (he’s 53) has a disease. He’s a drug addict and an alcoholic.

He’s also a sex addict, Jake, and you know bad that is. Just ask your pedophile former producer who got hit with that 19-year federal sentence in Vermont last week.

Shannon, don’t forget that Hunter watched his mother and his sister die in that auto accident when he was just a baby.

He grew up in the shadow of his non-crooked brother, and then Beau died.

Hunter’s marriage failed, which is when he had that tawdry tryst with his sister-in-law (whose romps he posted on PornHub), and then with his sister-in-law’s sister, after which he turned in his unimaginable grief to high-end Russian hookers.

Margaret, do you think it’s easy being a bagman for your father when Dad’s as insatiably avaricious and crooked as Joe Biden?

This week’s installment in the saga of the Biden Crime Family includes that July 30, 2017 message from Hunter Biden to a Red Chinese apparatchik named Henry Zhao.

It was discovered by IRS investigators who of course were ordered by their Democrat bosses never to follow up on it because… professional courtesy.

Here’s how the text begins:

“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled…”

With Dementia Joe beside him in Wilmington, Brandon demands his family’s payoff now “and now means tonight.”

If the Biden Crime Family doesn’t get their money, “I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”

Four days later, Mr. Z wired $100,000 to a Biden shell corporation, and four days after that, another $5 million.

None of these facts are in dispute. When Hunter’s entire shakedown statement was read to Biden’s Baghad Bob on Friday, John Kirby babbled, “I’m not going to address that issue from this podium,” and then did a 4.4 40-yard-dash out of the White House briefing room.

Imagine if the fellow travelers in state-run media had this kind of non-deniable smoking gun on the Trumps. It would be a bigger story than 9-11, the JFK assassination, Pearl Harbor and the Democrats’ attack on Fort Sumter — combined!

But since it involves Joe Biden, the true story was buried on page 15 of both the New York Times and the Washington Post, which proudly gave themselves Pulitzer Prizes for making up fake stories about Donald Trump.

Still, it’s getting harder and harder for even state-run media to keep looking the other way about this most corrupt administration in American history.

Consider what else the IRS whistleblowers have told House Republicans. Among other jaw-dropping scandals, the DOJ tipped the Bidens to the fact that the IRS was planning a raid on a stash of Hunter’s incriminating documents.

Hunter’s attorney also sternly warned the feds that any attempt to move against the Bidens’ corruption would amount to “career suicide.”

The IRS was ordered not to make any inquiries about “dad” or “the big guy.” They were told they would be in “hot water” if they tried to interview any of the other Bidens who were pocketing Communist loot.

All this came out Thursday, the same day two lesser Democrat statesmen in New England were lugged by their local constabularies.

In Rhode Island, Sen. Josh Miller, age 69, was charged by Cranston police with “malicious destruction” for allegedly keying a car that had a bumper sticker that said “Biden Sucks.”

This lese majeste apparently triggered the geriatric Democrat, who then fled in a vehicle that was sporting its own bumper sticker — “Reelect Sen. Josh Miller.”

How many more innocent Nissan Pathfinders must be vandalized before this nation confronts the epidemic of car keying by doddering demented Democrats? What this country needs is commonsense car-key reform! How about a seven-day waiting period for car keys? Mandatory fobs.

Then there was the first transgender ever elected to the New Hampshire legislature — a Democrat — now under arrest for allegedly distributing child pornography.

His, er, her name is Stacie-Marie Laughton, formerly known as Barry Charles Laughton Jr.

Laughton has twice been forced to resign from the legislature in Concord after being charged and/or convicted of committing various crimes.

Laughton’s priors include stalking, sexual assault, harassment, making false bomb threats and credit-card fraud.

Do you know what you call a rap sheet like that in the Bidens’ modern Democrat party?

A resume enhancer.

According to the cops, Laughton is the former significant other of the, uh, person who worked at the now-closed Tyngsboro day-care center. Laughton’s ex-heart throb is charged with taking nude photos of children between three and five years old amid 2,500 texts reviewed.

You should check out the mugshots of both Laughton and the person charged with taking all the photos of the little kids. That bird’s name is Lindsay Groves. I’m going to bet Lindsay is a registered Democrat as well.

By the way, Democrat Laughton says he too has a disease — mental illness. Stop me if you’ve heard this one before.

Hunter Biden could not be reached for comment.

Nothing to see here folks, move along.

"Hunter Biden reaches settlement in Arkansas paternity suit"
By Joe Jacquez - thehill.com - 06/29/2023

Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son, has reached a settlement in his child support case in Arkansas after a months-long legal battle.

The settlement, announced Thursday in a filing in an Arkansas state court, is the last step in a paternity suit over a child he had with a woman named Lunden Roberts. It’s unclear what his updated payments will be, as the information is redacted.

Biden was ordered last month to sit for a deposition under oath to answer questions about his finances. He also asked for his child support payments to be reduced after he reached an original settlement with Roberts in 2020.

As part of the deal, Biden will give some of his paintings to his daughter, which can vary in size with a minimum size of 24×24, per the settlement. His daughter will be able to select which paintings will be sent to her or to a gallery designated by Roberts.

The settlement says “the net proceeds of any sales of paintings shall be wired to an account designated by Lunden Roberts.”

Roberts asked for Hunter Biden to be held in contempt of court and jailed for allegedly not complying with court orders to turn over financial records.

“The defendant is playing games with this court,” Roberts’s lawyers wrote in a filing earlier this year. “This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders and answers discovery.”

“In the alternative, this court should sanction the defendant as appropriate and just,” her lawyers said at the time.

Biden’s attorney said he had been paying $20,000 per month in child support, already sending a total of $750,000, CNN reported.

A trial to decide on any potential adjustments to child support payments has been scheduled for late July, according to the outlet.

The news is just an added legal woe for the president’s son, as it was announced early last week that he agreed to plead guilty to tax crimes in a deal with prosecutors. He also reached a diversion agreement relating to unlawful possession of a weapon, according to the filing.

Letter: "I took issue with column about Hunter Biden"
The Berkshire Eagle, August 19, 2023

To the editor: As a lifelong subscriber to The Eagle, I cannot recall ever reading a column as unfit for our fine paper as “Problem Child: The liability that is Hunter Biden” in Thursday’s edition.

The author, Vickie Shufton, retired school psychologist, excoriates Joe Biden's son Hunter for trading on his father’s position to enrich himself. If that’s a crime, we should arrest most of the legacy alumni of Harvard and Yale. It has yet to be proved that Hunter Biden did anything criminal in his get rich efforts, despite the Republican attempts link him and Joe Biden to some dark scheme.

Hunter Biden is not an admirable man. I am sure that he has caused his family grief and agony. All of his transgressions have been fully exposed in lesser newspapers than The Eagle.

However, I have never seen any human being described thus: “Hunter Biden functions as a stubborn piece of toilet paper that Joe Biden appears unable to scrape off his shoe. We can see it, we can smell it and it functions as an ongoing embarrassment to the president.”

Facts I read about Hunter Biden:

Hunter Biden wrote a book stating that he used to smoke crack cocaine every 15 minutes, drown himself in alcohol, frequent strip clubs, and paid sex workers for sex.  Hunter Biden cheated on his first wife, had a love child with his mistress who used to work for his law firm that he claims he has no memory of knowing, tried to weasel out of paying child support for his mistress and their love child by lying to a Judge but a court-ordered paternity test proved he was the father of the baby girl, used his father's name to enrich himself in adversarial foreign countries such as China and Russia, as well as in Ukraine, and he never registered as a foreign agent, he was and may face federal criminal charges for tax fraud and wire fraud, he faces federal criminal charges by lying on a form to purchase a gun by falsely stating he did not use drugs, he had a love affair with his late-brother's widow, he married his second wife and they have a baby boy together that they named after his late-brother, he has at least 5 children by at least 3 women, he drives a Porsche, he flies in a private jet in privately chartered flights, he has a so-called sugar-brother-friend who paid off millions of dollars in delinquent tax debts, his alleged tax fraud and wire fraud overseas business dealings may or may not be connected to his father who is the sitting U.S. President Joe Biden, he had around two dozen shell companies that he shut down, he referred to his father as "the big guy" who gets a cut of the loot, he lives in the White House for weeks at a time, his father always says that he is proud of him, he, along with his father, never met their soon to be 5-year-old love daughter who lives in Arkansas, he stays in his father's two million-dollar Delaware homes where Joe Biden allegedly illegally kept boxes of his classified documents prior to turning them over to the U.S. Government agencies, but he did not have access to Hillary Clinton's infamous computer server that had classified documents in it, his first wife wrote a book about him stating that Hunter Biden left his first wife and three children without the financial means to care for their family because he was spending the family budget on being a drug addict, and alcoholic, on strippers, and on paying sex workers for sex, he was administratively discharged from the military over testing positive for cocaine use, Donald Trump called Hunter Biden "a crackhead", a U.S. Senate report stated that Hunter Biden may have paid for sex from Russian sex workers who may have been sex trafficked when he was in Ukraine and Russia, it is expected that Hunter Biden will stand trial in federal court in either Washington, D.C. (the Swamp) or in California in the future, Republican Members of U.S. Congress are investigating Hunter Biden in committee hearings, and Hunter Biden's actions may lead to the fall of his father, U.S. President Joe Biden's over 50 years in the Swamp, including a possible impeachment of Joe Biden.

Re: "Googled": bill clinton i like them young

Did you know that Bill Clinton:

1. When he was Governor of Arkansas, Bill Clinton had Paula Jones enter a room for a would-be job interview, but Bill Clinton had his penis exposed to and pointed at her because he wanted her to give him a blow job.

2. In the Paula Jones v. Bill Clinton Sexual Harassment civil lawsuit, Bill Clinton lied by denying his aforementioned illegal sexual actions against Paula Jones.  Bill Clinton committed the Felony crime of Perjury by wrongfully denying that he had sex with White House Intern Monica Lewinsky, who is 27 years younger than Bill Clinton; she was 22 and he was 49 in the mid-1990's.

3. After Bill Clinton's perjury, he later suborned perjury - his second Felony conviction - by telling Monica Lewinsky to lie on a legal affidavit about her giving him blow jobs in the Oval Office and other rooms in The White House.

4. Bill Clinton was Impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives, but he was NOT convicted of the Impeachment in the U.S. Senate.

5. Bill Clinton later reached a settlement with Paula Jones and he paid Paula Jones a little less than $1 million.

6. Bill Clinton entered into a plea bargain whereby he became a twice Convicted Felon and he was disbarred from practicing law.

7. Despite Hillary Clinton saying in the early 1990's that she is not Tammy Wynette and she doesn't stand by her man, Hillary Clinton is still married to Bill Clinton as of early-2024.

8. Bill Clinton has 26 flight logs on Jeffrey Epstein's private jet.  Bill Clinton denies any wrongdoing with Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring whereby girls and young women as young as 14 were raped, sexually abused and exploited.  Bill Clinton has lied and perjured himself before when asked about his illegal and adulterous sexual behaviors.

9. Bill Clinton is among around 200 rich and powerful men who have been named as suspects in Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring.  This past week, it has come to light that Bill Clinton said "I like them young".

10. Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring looks like it is part of a bigger sex trafficking ring around the world that could bring down many rich and powerful people around the world.

Thursday night's Presidential Debate preview:

Joe Biden's statement: I am proud of my son, Hunter Biden.

Donald Trump's reply: You are delusional.

Donald Trump's statement: I am a victim of the Democratic Party's show trials.

Joe Biden's reply: I took classified documents home, Hillary Clinton took her government server with classified documents home and then she destroyed the aforementioned server, and there are Congressional Inquiries into my family's business overseas business dealings in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere.  The top Democrats in the Swamp are above the law!

Joe Biden's statement: I love abortion.  Trump hates abortion.

Donald Trump's reply: I am the ultimate moral hypocrite.  I openly cheated on all 3 of my wives.  I have 5 children by 3 women.  I allegedly paid a porn star and Playboy model to stay silent over my alleged love affairs with them.  I am said to be the racist leader of the White Christian Nationalist political movement, but I am really the leader of the Republican Party's legacy of moral hypocrisy in politics.

Joe Biden's statement: I am here for the battle for the soul of America.

Donald Trump's reply: You have a long history of racism in politics.  I find your moral high ground stance similar to your Holier than Though Catholic attitude.

Donald Trump's statement: Last week, for the first time ever, I out raised Joe Biden in campaign fundraising.

Joe Biden's reply: In 2020, I raised and spent more campaign dollars than any politician in U.S. history.

Donald Trump's statement: Joe Biden's federal spending is the highest ever without a major war and/or public health pandemic.

Joe Biden's reply: Donald Trump added a little less than $8 trillion to the U.S. national debt in his 4 years as U.S. President.

Joe Biden's statement: I am the leader of the Green New Deal.  I want everyone to drive electric cars, install heat pumps and solar panels, and purchase expensive energy products.

Donald Trump's reply: Joe Biden's inflation rate averages 5.4 percent, he fist-bumped Saudi Crown Prince MBS on the world stage to import more foreign oil while he turns around and sells oil and gas supplies to China, India and other Asian nations, and he surpassed me as the number one U.S. President for arms sales when we all know that the military industrial complex is the single largest polluter of greenhouse gas emissions in the world.

Joe Biden's statement: I have been in the Swamp for over 51 years now.  I have been running for U.S. President since 1988.  I am worth many millions of dollars as a career politician.  I am good friends with billionaire John Forbes Kerry.  I like to vacation with my super wealthy supporters.  When Nancy Pelosi said that she is only worth $115 million a few years ago, I laughed at her being so humble.

Donald Trump's reply: I declared multiple business bankruptcies, I refused to release my tax returns to the public, I am a real estate mogul and entertainer, and I am a billionaire.  I love America because I get to be a rich buffoon.
