Ward 3 Alderman PETER SULLIVAN and mayoral candidate GLENN OUELLETTE have received a written reprimand from the MCAM board of directors because PETER SULLIVAN exhibited "aggressive" behavior at the public access TV studio when he was there as a guest on GLENN OUELLETTE's show.
During the incident on November 5th, 2008, PETER SULLIVAN ripped up a newspaper handed to him by JONATHAN MELLE, a downtown resident and MCAM producer trainee. The newspaper had an article that referred to PETER SULLIVAN. JONATHAN MELLE in an e-mail to MCAM Chairman WILL INFANTINE said he thought PETER SULLIVAN wanted the paper "to reply to a specific issue" in the article. Instead, PETER SULLIVAN "ripped up my newspaper in 5 pieces and then proceeded to throw it in the trash," JONATHAN MELLE wrote, also saying that he "was treated very rudely and with hostility by my Ward 3 Alderman."
The letter of reprimand to PETER SULLIVAN and GLENN OUELLETTE, written by WILL INFANTINE, said, "The executive board met on November 13th to discuss the matter. It was agreed that the incident was aggressive and not behavior that we want displayed at the studio. The executive board unanimously voted to send you this letter of reprimand expressing our displeasure with what occurred."
The letter went on to say that the board knows (Glenn) Ouellette had nothing to do with PETER SULLIVAN's behavior, but noted that he is responsible for the actions of his guests and could receive "sanctions" if such behavior continued.
(Glenn) Ouellette, in an interview, said the incident was not a big deal and the JONATHAN MELLE should not have made "a federal case out of it."
In an e-mail to the (Manchester) Express, PETER SULLIVAN did not directly address the incident. Instead, PETER SULLIVAN stated:
"(Jonathan) Melle has a history of disruptive and unstable actions. He is facing felony charges in superior court for attempting to run down a Manchester police officer in 2007."

FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST PETER SULLIVAN!
Joe Kelly Levasseur's weekly political column, below, states that my Ward 3 Alderman stated to MCAM that "(Jonathan) Melle has a history of disruptive and unstable actions. He is facing felony charges in superior court for attempting to run down a Manchester police officer in 2007."
THAT IS A LIE! I did NOT attempt to hit or "run down" Manchester NH Police Officer John Cunningham. The reason why I am being falsely charged with 7 crimes that I did NOT commit is the Police Officer John Cunningham illegally used multiple kinds of force against me in front of 2 civilian witnesses who back up my side of the story. Instead of Police Officer John Cunningham admitting that he assaulted and battered me without properly verbally communicating to me, he is making up LIES that are absurd and defy the laws of physics! This case is a joke!
By the way, my trial by jury got pushed back to Monday, March 30, 2009 at 9 A.M. in NH Superior Court - North. Peter Sullivan is NOT a witness because he was not there, thankfully, to witness me being beaten up and injured by an abusive local cop. First, I have to pass my competency examination, which is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 8:30 A.M. in Concord, New Hampshire before the state's pschiatric examiner. If he deems me mentally competent to stand trial, I will proudly do so. I am INNOCENT, and after I am found NOT guilty, I will sue the City of Manchester & the State of New Hampshire for damages! Moreover, I may also sue one Peter M Sullivan, too.
Sincerely,
Jonathan A. Melle
